1. Car seat and Stroller

That is how you will bring your new born home. We got Chicco Bravo Trio System. It is a 3 in one product as it comes with Car seat, Stroller and Carrier. We used the Carrier seat to bring the new born from hospital and adjusted it to the car which became a car seat. Whenever we want to take baby out for fresh air we use the same car seat in our stroller. The seat is adjustable and easy to fit in the car as well as stroller. The seat comes with 5-point harness. We could not compromise with baby’s safety so went for Chicco Bravo trio System.

2. Crib and Mattress

            
Once the baby is home, we as a new parent are overjoyed and overwhelmed. We want to keep our bundle of joy with us. However, it is always advisable to put the baby in a crib and not on your bed. Make sure to invest in good crib mattress too as baby spends most of his time sleeping for the first 3 months. We got our crib and mattress from Amazon. This is not just good in quality but budget friendly.

3. Baby Monitor

Now that we talked about the crib, we must talk about the elephant in the room. Yes, we are talking about the Baby Monitor. Being a stay-at-home mommy, I try to finish my errands when my baby is asleep. With no help of the family, I rely on Baby Monitor. It acts like an eye and ear when I am not around. As the baby cries or wakes up I get notification on my mobile which makes me take quick action. Me and my husband both decided to invest in a good baby monitor as it will be useful when he will sleep on his own in future. We would be able to keep track of his activities for the safety purpose.
You'll be changing a lot of diapers daddy’s. So instead of buying an individual changing station, we invested in future. First time parents might not be aware that a baby requires 8-10 diapers change during first 3 months. As the baby grows and start eating adult like food, the smell worsens (cannot complain). The room will be filled with foul smell so to keep the room fresh and odor free. We got Diaper Genie from Amazon and kept it near the changing station.
